I had a good time last night with a 23:06 but I still feel like there is room for improvement.With nationals approaching quickly I'm gonna try to squeeze in some TT time before heading off to Bend.The nationals course has a hill on the way out and down hill on the way back.I don't get to practice many TTs like that but with the experience gained at Red River I think Ill do okay.

go find a course near davis that is close to the nats course. For the collegiate nationals TTT we used Pleasant Valley Rd because it was rolling and technical.
